I guess you'd like to know a bit about me to get an idea of who motors about this place.
  I was born and raised in Georgia and still call it home.  I am southern to the bone. Yes ma'am, no ma'am, please, and thank you.  I am also a preacher's daughter.  Yes, we ARE the predominant reason for premature gray in our fathers' hair!
  My age?  Let's just say I am the "new 30".
  Moving right along.  I am the single mother of an extremely handsome (he looks like me!), intelligent, talented teenage son and I am not biased in any way.  He gets it ALL from me. 
  The insurance industry is my profession.  I know.  Insurance indicates boring, right?  Not so! I also work in mystery shopping and various other earning opportunities.  I love the variety all this gives me and it keeps a preacher's daughter busy, which is a good thing, even at 40!  I am also a full time mom, taxi driver, housekeeper (this one is so not my best talent), researcher, and a very good friend.
  I love God, my son, my family, friends of all kinds, horror movies, books, soap operas, reality TV (some select few), rock music, cooking, roller skating, blogging, sports, and watching other people exercise.
